Anti-Aging

While enjoying lunch with my family, my youngest daughter, Addiley, asks, “what does EST 1862 mean?” Reading the label on the A1 sauce bottle.

My husband, “it means it was established in 1862. That’s when the company started.”

Addiley looks at me and says, “mom, where you born then?”

My anti-aging cream must be working very well…I make 159 years old look good.

Aging is inevitable. We can’t stop it; we can’t even slow it down. But what we can do is examine if we are getting better. Are you successfully making the most of your day? Leaving behind the pain, the hurt, resentment, and everything else that’s holding you back.

Engage in every day’s thrill, practice mindfulness as a way to improve well-being, and find meaning and joy in life.
