I heard John Maxwell once say, “where there is no faith in the future, there is no power in the present.” Often times we carry ourselves through life believing we need to be strong to make it to the other side. And we do! But strength can only carry us so far. Strength provides us with the immediate adrenaline and endorphins to help us pass through the immanent situation. Some of us can manage to stay strong longer than others and it is very admirable, however, it can also be very exhausting, mentally, physically, and emotionally. Oh the beauty and the relief when we learn to stop carrying our weight and start learning how to have FAITH!
Faith is an incredible thing. It’s encouraging, uplifting, and sustaining. It gives today energy and power. It is faith in believing things will work out for the best that gives us the strength to get through storms. Faith helps us hold on to the future in a positive outlook. I encourage you to do the following:
1. Focus on your future: have faith in the future and what you want to accomplish. Let go of the past and take a leap of faith. You can’t expect to move forward when you’re focused on the past.
2. Be positive: Life storms happen, we know this much is true. How we handle those storms is what helps us move forward. Have faith that your current storm is molding you for the future. Take advantage and learn from the experiences the storm is presenting you with.
3. Faith exercise: In order to get better at having ongoing faith, you need to exercise it. Faith is increased by exercise. Its no different than going to the gym to build your physical shape, the more you exercise, the stronger you get. The same is true for faith, the more you practice it the stronger it gets. And in doing so, you reach a new zone.
4. Faith zone: When you strengthen your faith, you begin to move out of your comfort zone and enter a new zone, the faith zone. This is where you are able to stretch yourself and make things happen. This is where new and exciting things happen that would have never happened in the comfort zone.
So today, keep on keeping on by having faith. Relinquish what’s been exhausting you and go to the faith gym. Exercise your faith in your future and in what God designed you to achieve. You never know what heights you will reach with your faith.

Amen! Amen! No matter how long we have been serving the Lord , we all need constant reminders to keep on keeping on and exercise our faith. Encouraging Word!!!!!
Thank you, God Bless you always,
